Introduction

Great Guns Marketing are to deliver a Lead Generation programme focused on outbound phone calls with a primary objective to secure face to face and phone meetings.

Background & scope

Great Guns will be undertaking a prospecting campaign to generate leads and raise awareness for its client’s value proposition. The objective is to generate high-quality appointments for the client’s sales team, having established:

  • Current solution: What are they using today (that the client could replace), what gaps do they have (that the client could fill)?
  • Pain/Need: Why would they make a change? What about the status quo isn’t ideal? Why does it matter enough to change?
  • Decision maker/Decision-making process: Who decides to make a change, and how do they make that decision?
  • Timeline: Ideally when would they want to have a solution like this available?

Primary objectives

  • Call into the Target accounts with an aim of having a conversation with the potential decision makers and influencers.
  • Qualify and nurture opportunities from these accounts and separate the “active” from the “inactive”.
  • Obtain availability from the prospect for a Zeta salesperson to engage with them.

 Secondary objectives

  • Raise the profile of “X” across the target audience
  • Identify incumbent suppliers / providers/ vendors
  • Gather intelligence about priorities, pain points, challenges, trends

Set-up

Once your order is placed, we will arrange a date to visit your offices. key elements to consider will be as follows,

  • Call guide structure and call out purpose.
  • Contact database.
  • Ongoing emails sent via our platform. Templates / send address / attachments.
  • Call recording access and phone line area codes.
  • Lead handover logistics.
  • Company and product marketing material for initial training purposes.
  • Systems overview.

Systems and Call guide

  • Back at our offices we will set up your account on our Telemarketing platform.
  • Create your call guide for client approval.
  • Complete all other tasks from meet up.

Contact Database

We have a long-standing partnership with market Location which have been in business for over 40 years and hold over 2 million records. They are part of the 118 group who update and verify every business at least twice a year. They also merged with Thompson local 4 years ago and due to every record having a verified telephone recording the information provided will be compliant with both GDPR and PCER.

  • Cost averages at 30p per record. With a minimum order value of £300.
  • Lists can be narrowed down by industry, location, number of employees plus more.
  • We work on a non-profit basis with our data services and can either put you directly in contact with them or contact them on your behalf copying you into any communication.

Product Training

We tailor our training requirements dependant on each customer’s request. We don’t need to be experts in what you do but we do require some basic knowledge of your products and a general company overview. The purpose of our calling is to establish a need and requirement within a short phone conversation to then pass on as a Lead to one of your specialists to explain further.

Some of our training will be from your website, company brochures and the call guide we create. For extra training on more complex projects we would welcome your time and support face to face or via a conference call. We are also available for ongoing product training throughout the campaign.

 Call Out

Our Telemarketing team have an average age of 30+ ensuring they can hold down a decent conversation. The all come from sales and marketing backgrounds with over 4 years’ experience and book F2F meetings, phone meetings and web demos on a regular basis for various organisations in a range of sectors.

Each customer is allocated a Great Guns Account director who is available to talk to at any point throughout the campaign. Your account director will then work closely with a service delivery manager internally at Great Guns to monitor, motivate and ensure the Telemarketing team are delivering your expectations.

Our approach and how we represent you is all defined within the set-up process. Our expectations, value proposition and BANT criteria is also made clear from the very start. Our Call recordings will also clarify that the Lead qualifies to this standard. Communication between both parties is essential to ensure we are both working in sync to maximise our results.

 Lead Handover

Each qualified Lead we achieve will be emailed over. This will include a screenshot of the account including all contact details and notes of the call plus an attached call recording of the conversation to gauge an idea of interest and current situation.

Call Recording

Every single call we make is recorded and you will have full access to these calls. Within the set-up process we will give you a login code and train you on the basics of the system we use to access this information.

Reporting

Our Telemarketing Platform can be tailored to generate reports on information that is of importance to your team. Our platform has a drop-down menu allowing us to add a response to every call made. This is great for analysing daily/weekly call outs and all phone call outcomes. We tend to send out weekly reports based on calls made and monthly reports based on important information gathered like new names added, emails sent etc.

Telemarketing Platform (optional)

You can have 1 user license to login to our Telemarketing platform at any time. We will give you access to your account and some basic training to see your campaign in Real-Time. This will also be beneficial when adding new Leads into your sales force as you can copy and paste the account details across from our system if required. Additional £23+vat per month cost.

Timeline

From Purchase order placed to the first call out day we estimate a maximum of 2 weeks. We will then aim to fulfil all calling days over a 3-month period.

GDPR and NDA

  • All data purchased from Market Location complies to GDPR and PCER regulations.
  • All data and additional information added remains the property of the customer and an NDA will be signed by Great guns to this effect.
  • All data will be safely secured on Great Guns fivecrm online portal.
  • Great Guns complies to all Telemarketing regulations and all numbers rang will be tps checked before calling.
