Viega is an international manufacturer of Plumbing and HVAC solutions. Viega sells multilayer composite pipe for Radiant heating and plumbing systems along with copper, stainless, and metal alloy pipe along with mechanical pressure fitting products.

Viega has advanced since it’s inception in 1899 to become an internationally operating market leader with ten locations throughout the world, over 4,700 employees and a wide range of products covering the entire installation technology sector.

Campaign Objectives

Viega was looking to create brand awareness for a new product launch and to drive existing customers to attend regional events demonstrating the new product.

Great Guns fulfilled an integrated campaign consisting of email and telemarketing.

Data was provided and we designed and sent an email campaign to 5 different regions.  Through our CRM we were able to monitor all those who opened the emails and clicked through – this then provided a warm list for the telemarketing campaign.  Our team then called all interested contacts to sign them up for the launch event within their region.

Campaign Results

Open and click rates on the Email campaign were above average and using Great Guns intelligent platform we were able to contact the interested individuals quickly and efficiently. Sign ups met expectations and all the regional events were a huge success
