Campaign Objectives

Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd asked Great Guns Marketing to increase their presence in the education sector. The strategy was to promote the Advanced maintenance brand, gather contract renewal dates and tender opportunities whilst nurturing Facilities managers within local schools and colleges to meet up face to face.

Our approach was to call and confirm the correct decision maker’s details plus segment a list of interested organisations. Then we would nurture via digital marketing with an aim to call them at the relevant time to commit them to meet up.

Campaign Results

From the data provided we managed to segment a warm 100 pipeline list of contacts where there was a need for their services. We also ensured we had the correct decision maker’s details plus building a qualified pipeline through obtaining contract renewal dates / tender opportunities to focus on nurturing moving forward.

From an ROI prospective Frontline Marketing managed to secure several face to face meetings with numerous schools and colleges and from one of these meetings one college was secured as a customer paying maintenance services and more.
