About

PensionSync is a solution to automate the delivery of data between payroll, AE (Auto Enrolment) middleware and pension providers.

Formed in 2015, Systemsync Solutions, by the founders of a highly experienced and fast moving software development consultancy based in Parsons Green, London whose engineering team had been building mobile apps, enterprise apps, software products and APIs for our customers for over 10 years.

In August 2019 the PensionSync technology platform was acquired by KeyPay Ltd with a clear goal to continue with the core PensionSync team to deliver ongoing innovation to the UK payroll and pensions market.

PensionSync seamlessly connects any payroll software to any pension provider, allowing users to effortlessly manage pensions auto enrolment.

PensionSync provides a single pension process across major UK pension schemes, offering greater flexibility to cater to different client needs, without the complexities attached to individual schemes.

Campaign objective

Great Guns Marketing were tasked with re engaging with individuals who had previously shown interest in PensionSync services to help nurture them and drive them take the next steps with the system. This was achieved via a combination of telemarketing and email campaigns.

Campaign results

From the list of contacts given Great Guns managed to establish which ones had an interest and which ones didn’t. This was a good starting point and gave us a qualified list to then focus future marketing campaigns on.

We also managed to secure 14 phones meetings / demos, create great brand awareness with emails sent plus updated around 50 records with the correct decision makers details.
