14 Feb Person Centred Software – A Telemarketing Case Study
About
Person Centred Software specialises in evidence of care mobile solutions. Their software offers complete transparency whilst reducing paperwork and gives Carers more time to care.
Person Centred Software’s Mobile Care Monitoring is the most widely-used digital care system in the UK, and most widely referred software provider within social care with over 2,000 care homes currently using Mobile Care Monitoring.
Mobile Care Monitoring is the first fully mobile and easiest to use digital care management system. Care homes using the icon-driven software evidence, on average, over 50 care notes per resident per day, which just isn’t possible on paper or many other systems.
Our person-centred digital care system reduces time spent on paperwork with care interactions evidenced as they happen, achieving the company’s aim of giving staff more time to spend with residents, supporting regulatory compliance and improving the quality of care for residents.
Telemarketing Campaign Objectives
Great Guns marketing was given the task to target a focused set of prospects where there had been previous engagement and might have identified a need to change or upgrade their operations. The campaign was designed around email brand awareness and a Telemarketing project to promote person centred software product features. Whilst also aiming to secure face to face meetings to demo the software to key decision makers.
Results
Over 600 phone calls were made in 14 days resulting in great brand awareness and prospects were really given an insight into the benefits of the Person centred software features.
We manged to book 6 face to face meetings to demo the mobile devices with a further pipeline of warm leads to nurture further. We also sent out over 100 emails and added the details of around 60 new decision makers details.
